Autoclave molding is one of the main production processes of carbon fiber products. First, today I will introduce the carbon fiber autoclave forming process.
The carbon fiber autoclave is formed by gas pressure, and the pressure is applied to the surface of the product through the vacuum bag. The normal pressure of each point is equal, so that the part is solidified and formed under the same pressure everywhere. The circulating hot air in the tank heats the workpiece. The temperature difference is small, and the cooling system is configured at the same time, so that the temperature can be strictly controlled within the process range.
