However, during the high-temperature curing process, the molds of the above raw materials are easy to produce large damage under high temperature and high pressure. Poor accuracy, stainless steel molds are the best choice to ensure design accuracy.
Under normal conditions, the production requirements for carbon fiber molds are:
1. Due to the need for injection resin, the mold needs to have an injection port and an exhaust port, and the whole can be sealed. In the process of resin injection, there is no air leakage, especially in the case of vacuum liposuction, the tightness of the mold directly affects the quality of carbon fiber products;
2. There are upper and lower mold guiding, positioning equipment, mold locking organization, and product demolding organization;
3. The size of the mold cavity is accurate, the cooperation between the upper and lower molds is accurate, and the mold surface has a high surface accuracy;
4. It has sufficient strength and stiffness, and does not deform under injection pressure;
5. There is a certain heating equipment, which can heat the mold to a certain temperature (60-120 ° C), the temperature distribution of the mold surface is uniform, and the temperature can be checked and adjusted.
